We offer a 4 day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 4 days of receiving it. 🎀 Tracking Your Package 🎀
Tracking Numbers are provided including how to track your package.
All packages can be track at https://www.17track.net/en
Once your order is shipped we have to wait minimum 72 hours for the tracking to be released. Tracking numbers are released only after our customs finished the customs clearance for your package.
Please be informed that it is the buyers responsibility to track their own package.
A tracking number is sent you so you can track your orders when ever you want.
Packages shipped by Standard shipping is much slower than those sent via Express.
Refunds and Returns🎀
You may return an item for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn except for tried on for fit and sizing, with all tags attached and in the original packaging but you need to pay for both side shipping cost.
If you wish to return an item or exchange it please note that the shipping fee for returning an item back to us is paid for by the buyer. If you decided to exchange an item to another, the buyer is the one responsible for shipping fees both ways.
In case of package loss and unsuccessful delivery we will issue a fullr efund for the item purchased including the shipping fees if there are.
Please take a picture of the item being returned to us. Once you ship the package back kindly take two photos of the shipping receipt from the post office . Email it to us including the tracking number and tracking website. Your refund will then be issued within 24 hours.
Shipping Time🎀
All orders will be process and sent out within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking number included.
The delivery period depends from country to country and what shipping method you have chosen.
Item will be shipped by Standard Shipment unless a request for Express shipment at an additional cost had been made.
It takes between 10 to 18 days to reach USA and other major countries.
15 to 25 days to be delivered to most European countries. 15 to 25 days to reach Australia. 20 to 30 days to reach Canada, Mexico and Brazil. The speed of delivery does not depend on us since shipping can and is usually affected by weather conditions, holidays and customs clearance.
Your package can arrive earlier or later than the time frame given above.If you decided to make a purchase to our shop, you agree to the shipping time frame and the factors that can affect the speed of delivery.
